Designed for all fitness levels, each class starts with a warm-up tailored to individual needs, including skipping, shadowboxing, and specific exercises. You'll hit on heavy punchbags and enjoy one-on-one time hitting focus mitts or kick-shields with Coach Lilian. Get ready for a high-impact workout that delivers impressive results!
