BOXING & KICKBOXING CLASSES

Join our non-contact Boxing and Kickboxing group classes for an exciting way to get fit and burn calories while mastering new skills! Designed for all fitness levels, each class starts with a warm-up tailored to individual needs, including skipping, shadowboxing, and specific exercises. You'll hit on heavy punchbags and enjoy one-on-one time hitting focus mitts or kick-shields with Coach Lilian. Classes are female friendly and suitable for all bodies.
